Subaru recommends checking and/or changing your drivetrain fluids every 30,000 miles, and if you’re a do-it-yourselfer this is what you’ll need to get the job done.

NOTE: Make sure to use 75W90NS in the transmission/front diff and 75W90 in the rear diff.75W90 GL-5is not designed for use in most manual transmissions or transaxles in passenger vehicles, since the extreme slipperiness may cause synchronizer mesh issues that lead to shifting problems.
