If you’ve been searching for a more economical alternative to titanium retainers to solve a wear problem or because of “class rules,” Manley H-13 tool steel retainers are your solution. These are serious retainers for serious engine builders who demand nothing less than the very best!

The H-13 tool steel retainers allow for better processing than other tool steels typically utilized, thus yielding a stronger and more durable product. They’re up to 33 percent lighter than standard 10 steel retainers and are only 2 to 4 grams heavier than titanium versions. In addition, the H-13 tool steel retainers are heat-treated to provide the hardness of Rc56.
